ISEH Run returns to Regent’s Park in June 2026
The annual Institute of Sport, Exercise, and Health (ISEH) Run returns to Regent’s Park on Sunday, 14 June 2026. Committed to promoting an active lifestyle, this event welcomes participants of all fitness levels.

The event is chip-timed and fully marshalled, starting at 9:30am in Regent’s Park (London NW1 4RU). The flat, scenic course is ideal for runners, joggers, and walkers of all ages, whether you’re taking part on your own or alongside family and friends, including children. All finishers will receive a medal once crossed the finish line.
