Hire The ISEH

At the Institute of Sport, Exercise and Health (ISEH) we have state-of-the-art facilities ideally located in central London available to hire.

These include:

  • Seminar & Meeting Rooms: a range of rooms of different sizes that can facilitate meetings, presentations, networking and launch events, courses, lectures and workshops.
  • Research Laboratory: a fully equipped sport & exercise medicine research laboratory, that includes:
    • CPET machines
    • Force Plate instrumented treadmills
    • Biodex physical testing & assessment equipment
    • Dexa bone mass density & body composition scanner
    • Clinical Consultation Rooms


All rooms have access to free Wi-Fi. Our core hours are 9am – 5pm Monday to Friday, but we are happy to discuss bookings outside these hours on an individual basis.

Seminar rooms - board room style

We have two naturally lit seminar rooms fitted with state-of-the-art AV equipment including Smartboards and audio facilities.

Seminar room 1 also has video conferencing facilities.

Each seminar room can hold approx. 25 people board room style. Both seminar rooms can also be opened out together to hold approx. 45 people board room style.

MDT room

We have a meeting room ideal for smaller meetings and interviews which can hold approx. 12 people.

This room is again naturally lit with state-of-the-art AV equipment and video and teleconferencing facilities. 

Laboratory

We have a meeting room ideal for smaller meetings and interviews which can hold approx. 12 people.
