Heather Hatter is a Practice Educator Nurse at Great Ormond Street Hospital for Children NHS Foundation Trust and a former patient at the ISEH. She says the Institute "makes you feel valuable and important".
She also praised the ISEH for its positive atmosphere, which "spurs us all on" to recover. Following her treatment, which she feels helped her avoid an operation; she is now back at work full-time.
