Sunday the 28 October saw the last of the three 2018 London games played at Wembley Stadium between the Philadelphia Eagles and London regulars the Jacksonville Jaguars. The Super Bowl winners demonstrated their skill with a 24 -18 win.

HCA has been proving medical services to the NFL both on and off the pitch for 11 years. 2018 saw six teams play in London three Sundays back to back in October with an average attendance of over 85,000 fans for each. The new Tottenham  Stadium was due to host the first game however this was moved to Wembley following the delayed opening of the new dual NFL and football venue.

The ISEH and the Princess Grace Hopsital medical team who supported the visiting doctors, players and wider travelling party (each team travels with a group of around 120 people in addition to the players) is led by the ISEH's Clinical Director Professor Fares Haddad and includes 2 orthopaedic surgeons, 2 neurosurgeons, an anaesthetist, ODP, VIP concierge, a MSK radiologist and a radiographer. The operational aspects of their London medical services is coordinated by ISEH's Annie Karim and Akbar di Medici.

The NFL's presence in London is set to grow over the next years with the new Tottenham Hotspur stadium being built as a dual sports facility for both football and NFL games and there are already 4 NFL games scheduled for 2019.
