Professional Biography

Terassa qualified as a physiotherapist from Brunel University in 2002. She began her career in the NHS and specialised in musculoskeletal out patients at UCLH, later moving into private healthcare.
Terassa has long had an interest in Sports medicine and in 2012 completed her Masters in Sports Medicine, Exercise and Health from UCL.
Over her career Terassa has worked with both keen amateur and professional athletes. She has gained experience in both pitch-side management and injury prevention. Since 2011 she has supported the National Ice Skating Association with both national and international events, as well as being involved in skater musculoskeletal profiling.
Terassa is a qualified Pilates Instructor and personally enjoys dancing and participation within many recreational sports.
