HIRE THE ISEH

At the Institute of Sport, Exercise and Health (ISEH) we have state-of-the-art facilities ideally located in central London available to hire. These include seminar and meeting rooms ideal for formal meetings, presentations, awards evenings, networking and launch events, courses, lectures and workshops.

We also have a fully equipped research laboratory and newly installed hypoxic chamber.

All rooms have access to free Wi-Fi and are easily accessible with hearing loops available on request.

Our core hours are 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday but we are happy to discuss bookings outside these hours on an individual basis.

We have two naturally lit seminar rooms fitted with state-of-the-art AV equipment including Smartboards and audio facilities.

Seminar room 1 also has video conferencing facilities.

Each seminar room can hold approx. 25 people board room style. Both seminar rooms can also be opened out together to hold approx. 45 people board room style. 

Each seminar room can hold approx. 35 people lecture style. Both seminar rooms can also be opened out together to hold approx. 70 people lecture style. 

In addition we also have a kitchen/ social area with can also be opened up to create further space which is perfect for larger events such as Award evenings and is ideal for networking. 

If no seating is required we can accommodate a higher number of people

We have a meeting room ideal for smaller meetings and interviews which can hold approx. 12 people.

This room is again naturally lit with state-of-the-art AV equipment and video and teleconferencing facilities. 

The ISEH also boasts a state-of-the-art laboratory which includes a hypoxic chamber, a biodex machine and the ability to deliver a wide range of testing and research capabilities.
